It was an honour to host Lion Nandima Aroshie Halpitage MAF, Region Chairperson, at our monthly meeting held on 15th August 2026 at Hotel Kanchana, Minuwangoda. The meeting commenced following an official Board meeting held with the Region Chairperson.
In her address, she reminded us that the Lion is the king of the jungle not by strength alone, but because of its attitude — and that we too must learn our path and move forward gracefully towards achieving our objectives. She encouraged us all to embrace Lionism under the International motto: Fun, Fellowship and Service.
The evening concluded with fellowship and dinner, marking a memorable and inspiring visit for the members of LCOMC.
